五天退貨保障
5-day return guarantee
我們希望客人能買得放心,因此提供五天無理由退貨保障,惟不適用於:
In the hope that customers can shop in a carefree manner, we offer a 5-day return guarantee but does not apply to:
- 預訂、訂製、或已刻字貨品
- pre-order, made-to-order, or engraved items;
- 推廣價、折扣貨品
- promotionprice, discounted items;
此外,本公司須確認貨品狀態「完好」:
Furthermore, we shall confirm the item is in “good condition”:
- 保持銷售時的狀態
- in its original purchase condition;
- 沒有人為破壞、修改
- no vandalism or alteration to the returning item;
- 相關銷售單、貨品包裝並無遺失
- the presence of the corresponding sales receipt and package;
- 所附帶的物品,如證書、禮券、禮品、換購品一併隨貨品以原有包裝物料退回
- pack the item with its original packing materials, enclosed with the sales receipt and other accessories (e.g. certificate, free gifts, coupons, redemption items).
*客人請自行承擔郵費,我們亦不會退回閣下下單時所繳付的運費
*Postage fee for returning the item to the company by mail shall be borne by the customer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
退貨程序
Return Procedure
- 收貨5天內以whatsapp/通話(Tel:+852 9526 9171)內提出退貨要求
Returns must be requested via WhatsApp or phone (Tel:+852 9526 9171) within 5 calendar days of receiving your order. - 清楚列明訂單編號、收據編號、貨品編號及退貨原因
- State the order number, receipt number, item number, and reason for returning
- 保留銷售單、包裝盒及所有包裝盒內的附件
- Retain sales receipt, packing box, and all the accessories in the packing box
為保障客戶,我們建議顧客運送前先獲得本公司確認退貨要求,才按照以下流程進行退貨:
In order to protect our customers, we suggest following the procedures below to return items only after receiving our confirmation:
- 為退貨貨品拍照記錄
- Take a photo of the item to be returned for the record
- 把貨品以原有包裝物料,連同銷售單及其他附加物品,如證書、禮券、禮品、換購品等包裝好
- Pack the item with the original packing materials, enclosed with the sales receipt and other accessories (e.g. certificate, free gifts, coupons, redemption items)
- 把貨品於14天內郵寄或速遞到指定退貨地址
- Return the item to the designated address of FLOURISHAN Shop within 14 days (either by mail or speed post)
- FLOURISHAN會於收到貨品及確認貨品完好後發出電郵或訊息給您
- The company will send an email or message to confirm the item is received
- 銀行將於20個工作天內把款項*(不包括運費)退回至有關信用卡戶口
- Bank will return the payment* (excluding delivery charges) within 20 working days to the relevant credit card account
退貨注意事項
Points to Note of Returning
- 退貨地址:Shop 111A, 1/F, K11 Art Mall (辦公時間:星期一至日 - 上午11時至下午9時)
- Designated address:Shop 111A, 1/F, K11 Art Mall (Business hours: Mondays to Sunday – 11 a.m. to 9 p.m)
- 客人需自行負擔退回貨品的運費(如有)及確保運送過程之安全,本公司恕不對退貨裝運的損失或損壞負上責任,建議您為貨件投購保險。
- Take out insurance for the item you purchased –customers shall be liable for the delivery of the item before it is delivered to the company. The company shall take no responsibility for the loss or damage of the returned item when it is in transit.
- (Business hours: Mondays to Fridays - 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays - closed)
- 信用卡帳戶可能會因退款而被收取手續費。因退貨而產生的所有費用、支出及風險(包括運費及手續費)均由客人承擔。
- An administration fee may be incurred to the credit card account due to the refund. Customers shall be liable for all the costs, expenditures, and risks (including delivery costs and administration fees) resulting from the return
- 退貨權利就每一個送貨地址而言只可每6個月行使1次。
- The right of return shall only be claimed once every 6 months for each delivery address.
