我们希望客人能买得放心，因此提供五天无理由退货保障，惟不适用于：
In the hope that customers can shop in a carefree manner, we offer a 5-day return guarantee but does not apply to:

• 预订、订制、或已刻字货品
• pre-order, made-to-order, or engraved items;
  
  
• 推广价、折扣货品
• promotionprice, discounted items;
  
  

此外，本公司须确认货品状态「完好」：
Furthermore, we shall confirm the item is in “good condition” :

• 保持销售时的状态
• in its original purchase condition;
  
  
• 没有人为破坏、修改
• no vandalism or alteration to the returning item;
  
  
• 相关销售单、货品包装并无遗失
• the presence of the corresponding sales receipt and package;
  
  
• 所附带的物品，如证书、礼券、礼品、换购品一并随货品以原有包装物料退回
• pack the item with its original packing materials, enclosed with the sales
  receipt and other accessories (eg certificate, free gifts, coupons,
  redemption items).
  
  

*客人请自行承担邮费，我们亦不会退回阁下下单时所缴付的运费
*Postage fee for returning the item to the company by mail
shall be borne by the customer. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

退货程序
Return Procedure

• 收货5天内以whatsapp/通话( Tel:+852 9526 9171)内提出退货要求Returns must be requested via WhatsApp or phone ( Tel:+852 9526 9171 ) within 5 calendar days of receiving your order .
  
  
• 清楚列明订单编号、收据编号、货品编号及退货原因
• State the order number, receipt number, item number, and reason for returning
  
  
• 保留销售单、包装盒及所有包装盒内的附件
• Retain sales receipt, packing box, and all the accessories in the packing box
  
  

为保障客户，我们建议顾客运送前先获得本公司确认退货要求，才按照以下流程进行退货：
In order to protect our customers, we suggest following the procedures
below to return items only after receiving our confirmation:

• 为退货货品拍照记录
• Take a photo of the item to be returned for the record
  
  
• 把货品以原有包装物料，连同销售单及其他附加物品，如证书、礼券、礼品、换购品等包装好
• Pack the item with the original packing materials, enclosed with the sales
  receipt and other accessories (eg certificate, free gifts, coupons,
  redemption items)
  
  
• 把货品于14天内邮寄或速递到指定退货地址
• Return the item to the designated address of FLOURISHAN Shop within 14 days (either by mail or speed post)
  
  
• FLOURISHAN会于收到货品及确认货品完好后发出电邮或讯息给您
• The company will send an email or message to confirm the item is received
  
  
• 银行将于20个工作天内把款项*（不包括运费）退回至有关信用卡户口
• Bank will return the payment* (excluding delivery charges) within 20 working days to the relevant credit card account

退货注意事项
Points to Note of Returning

• 退货地址：Shop 111A, 1/F, K11 Art Mall (办公时间：星期一至日- 上午11时至下午9时)
• Designated address：Shop 111A, 1/F, K11 Art Mall
  (Business hours: Mondays to Sunday – 11 am to 9 pm)
  
  
• 客人需自行负担退回货品的运费（如有）及确保运送过程之安全，本公司恕不对退货装运的损失或损坏负上责任，建议您为货件投购保险。  
• Take out insurance for the item you purchased –customers shall be liable for
  the delivery of the item before it is delivered to the company. The
  company shall take no responsibility for the loss or damage of the
  returned item when it is in transit.
  
  
• 信用卡帐户可能会因退款而被收取手续费。因退货而产生的所有费用、支出及风险（包括运费及手续费）均由客人承担。
• An administration fee may be incurred to the credit card account due to
  the refund. Customers shall be liable for all the costs, expenditures,
  and risks (including delivery costs and administration fees) resulting
  from the return
  
  
• 退货权利就每一个送货地址而言只可每6个月行使1次。
• The right of return shall only be claimed once every 6 months for each delivery address.
